How to play
How does a pick'em entry pay out?
Pick 2 to 6 players and call each stat line More or Less. On Power every pick has to hit; Flex pays something when one misses. The payout depends only on how many picks are in the entry:
The ladder is shown in the slip every time you add a pick, and the number there is the one that pays: two picks from the same game, or an all-Less slip, change it, and the slip says so.
What happens if a player doesn't play?
A player ruled out before the game is removed from your entry and the payout reworks for the picks left (an injury reboot). It's automatic, and it shows on the entry as a void pick.
When do lines close?
At the listed start, and the moment the game actually starts on the feed if that's earlier. A pick on a closed line can't be placed; the slip marks it and asks you to take it out.
Can I cancel an entry?
Within 5 minutes of placing it, as long as no game in it has started. The stake goes back where it came from: cash to cash, promo to promo, a token comes back unused. The countdown is on each entry under My Entries.
What if the number lands exactly on the line?
That pick is a push: it's removed and the entry pays on the picks left, like a void.
Why did my line change after I picked it?
Lines move with the market. If one in your slip moves before you place, the slip shows the new number and asks you to confirm it; we never place an entry on a number you haven't seen. Once placed, your entry keeps the number you took.

Deposits & withdrawals
How do deposits work?
By card on Coinflow's secure page, instantly. Promo plays first on every entry. A deposit can't be withdrawn until it's been played through once.
How do withdrawals work?
To a bank you've linked through Coinflow, after your identity is verified. A person reviews each one, usually the same business day, and it arrives in 1–3 business days.
What is the identity check?
Coinflow's: a government ID and a selfie, about two minutes, once. It's needed before your allowance of unverified deposits runs out and before any withdrawal. We never see or keep the images.
